Definitions
The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this agreement. Understanding these definitions will help you interpret all other provisions correctly.

- "We / Us / Our"nbajee app, the operator of the Platform and provider of all gaming and betting services described herein.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the nbajee app Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on every subsequent occasion that you access the Platform:

Age Verification Process
nbajee app applies a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the age of all players. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID — such as a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth registration document — at any stage following registration and no later than before your first withdrawal request is processed.
Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within a reasonable timeframe (typically 72 hours of the request being made) will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold. Continued failure to comply may result in account suspension. nbajee app reserves the right to permanently close any account where age verification cannot be completed and to retain funds where there is a reasonable belief that the account belongs to a minor, pending investigation.
Parental Controls
If you share a device with minors, you are responsible for ensuring that your nbajee app account credentials are not accessible to those minors. nbajee app strongly recommends the use of device-level parental control software and that login sessions be properly ended when devices are left unattended.

Account Registration & Verification
To access real-money betting and gaming services on nbajee app, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. nbajee app will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
You must notify nbajee app immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily lock the account while the investigation is in progress. nbajee app is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your credentials.
KYC Verification
nbajee app operates a phased KYC process. Basic account features are available upon registration. However, the following actions require completion of at least one level of identity verification:
- First withdrawal: Full identity verification (name, date of birth, address, and photo ID) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
- Large deposits: Deposits above ৳50,000 in a single calendar month may trigger enhanced due diligence, requiring proof of source of funds.
- Promotional eligibility: Certain promotions may require verified account status to participate.
Accepted KYC documents include Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, and government-issued driving licence. All documents must be current, legible, and show the relevant identifying information clearly. Documents with expired validity, obscured details, or signs of tampering will not be accepted.
Account Accuracy Obligation
You warrant that all information submitted to nbajee app during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information — including false names, addresses, or dates of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances held therein.

Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits
nbajee app accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation by the payment provider. nbajee app does not charge any fees on deposits, though your MFS provider may apply their standard transaction charges.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — including accounts registered to family members — are strictly prohibited. If a deposit is identified as coming from a third-party source, it will be reversed or held pending investigation and the associated account may be suspended.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, withdrawals will be processed to a verified MFS account registered in the player's name.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
- bKash and Nagad: Typically processed within 5 minutes of approval during business hours (06:00–24:00 BST). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed at the start of the next available window.
- Rocket and Upay: Processed within 15–30 minutes of approval.
- Bank transfers: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
- Visa and Mastercard: 3–5 business days.
nbajee app does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply standard receiving charges — please check with your MFS or bank provider for their current fee schedule.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions being met at the time of the request:
- Your account must have completed the required level of KYC verification.
- Any active wagering requirements associated with bonus funds in your balance must be fulfilled before the bonus-derived portion of your balance becomes withdrawable.
- Your account must not be under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violation at the time of the request.
- Your account must not be subject to a payment chargeback dispute on any prior transaction.
Currency
All transactions on nbajee app are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote amounts in BDT. International card transactions will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the card network at the time of the transaction.

Bonus & Promotional Terms
nbajee app offers various promotions to both new and returning players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this section as well as any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion's details page.
General Bonus Rules
- All bonuses are available to players who have completed at least Level 1 KYC verification unless otherwise stated.
- Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit applicable to each bonus are stated in that offer's terms.
- Wagering on games with RTP above 97% or using certain betting strategies (e.g., placing simultaneous opposing bets on the same market) may not contribute toward wagering requirement completion or may be excluded entirely. Refer to each offer's game contribution list for details.
- If you withdraw real-money funds while a wagering requirement is active and your real-money balance falls below the amount required to complete the wagering requirement, any remaining bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.
- nbajee app reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited and in active use.
Bonus Abuse
nbajee app uses automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; using a coordinated group of accounts to exploit a promotion; deliberately placing low-risk bets solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; and exploiting errors or loopholes in bonus mechanics. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and may be permanently closed.
Seasonal & Cricket Promotions
During major cricket events — including BPL, IPL, and ICC tournaments featuring the Bangladesh Tigers — nbajee app may run enhanced odds promotions, bet boosts, and cashback offers on cricket betting markets. These promotions will be clearly labelled with their specific eligibility criteria, minimum qualifying bet, and duration. Players must opt in to each cricket promotion individually unless otherwise stated.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the nbajee app Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms at all times. You further agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person in any interaction with nbajee app.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live dealer, or other multiplayer game format available on the Platform.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or MFS provider for any deposit made to your nbajee app account while that deposit has been wagered or used on the Platform. Chargebacks for genuine technical errors must be raised with nbajee app support first.
- Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, software bug, or miscalculation of odds on the Platform. Any winnings generated through exploitation of an error may be voided by nbajee app at its sole discretion.
- Money Laundering: Using the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal any form of money laundering or other financial crime. nbajee app cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities in Bangladesh and internationally on such matters.
- Harmful Conduct: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communications directed at nbajee app staff, live dealer hosts, or other players through any platform feature including live chat.
nbajee app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct, without advance notice and without being required to disclose the reasons for the action where doing so could prejudice an ongoing investigation.
If you become aware of another player engaging in collusion, fraud, or any prohibited activity, please report it to our support team via 24/7 live chat. All reports are treated confidentially and investigated promptly.
Account Suspension & Closure
Suspension by nbajee app
nbajee app reserves the right to suspend your account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so. Causes for suspension include but are not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; active chargeback dispute; and account activity that is inconsistent with normal player behaviour patterns.
During a suspension, your balance is preserved and not accessible for play or withdrawal. nbajee app will contact you by email within 5 business days of a suspension to advise of the reason (where disclosure does not prejudice an investigation) and the steps required to resolve it. If the investigation concludes with no finding of misconduct, the suspension will be lifted and full account access restored promptly.
Closure by nbajee app
Permanent account closure may follow a suspension investigation where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed. In cases of permanent closure due to fraud, collusion, money laundering, or bonus abuse, nbajee app reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. In all other closure cases, the balance remaining after any applicable deductions will be returned to the player's verified payment account.
Voluntary Closure by Player
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our live chat support team. Before closure is processed, any active bonus balance will be removed. Your real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed. Please note that voluntary closure is distinct from self-exclusion — if you are closing your account due to concerns about gambling behaviour, we strongly recommend using the self-exclusion tool rather than standard account closure, as it provides additional safeguards against re-registration.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to stop gambling may activate a self-exclusion through their account settings or by requesting it via live chat. Self-exclusion periods are available for 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account is locked from all betting and deposit activity. Limitation of Liability

Game Outcomes

Technical Interruptions

Where this is not possible, bets placed on markets affected by a technical interruption may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance. nbajee app is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or speculative losses arising from technical interruptions.
Third-Party Payment Delays
nbajee app is not responsible for delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal receipt that are caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions. If you experience a payment delay, please contact our support team with the transaction reference number so we can investigate with the relevant provider on your behalf.
Maximum Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, nbajee app's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their nbajee app account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.
Governing Language
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency arising from any translation of this document, the English-language version shall prevail.
Amendments to These Terms
nbajee app reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent on-site notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account as described in Section 7.
